Tang Boo Teck, Director Prior to joining Centurion, he was the Deputy General Manager of UOB Venture Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd where he was a key member setting United Overseas Bank’s first venture capital entity in China and raised and closed a RMB300 million fund. He had led and closed several investment projects and generated substantial consulting revenue for the entity. Prior to joining UOBVM, he was the Assistant Vice President of United Overseas Bank in Direct Investments Division where he was involved in managing the Bank’s direct investment in funds and unlisted companies, and setting up fund companies and fund management companies. Prior to that, he spent three years in Corporate Banking Division in the same bank and was responsible for managing and growing revenue on portfolio comprising large electronics companies, Japanese non-bank financial institutions and government-linked companies. Besides, he was actively involved in restructuring large non-performing loans. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University.
