Tang Kay Hwa, CEO Mr. Tang ( age 49) brings with him more than 20 years of invaluable sell-side experience. He began his career in 1985 as an analyst with a regional brokerage in Singapore. He spent his next 10 years in Hong Kong marketing Asian equities to institutions. In 1996, he set up a brokerage unit in Hong Kong for Overseas Union Bank and was appointed Managing Director before it was merged with United Overseas Bank in 2001. Through the merger, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd where he manages more than 250 staff.
